KeyEcho Refund Policy

If your purchase does not work for you, or you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days for a full refund.

1. Who refunds

Link, LLC is the merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments for the purchase in the terms. We request the refund, and Stripe returns it to your original payment method. This voluntary promise adds to your legal rights. EU digital-content withdrawal rights follow checkout terms. Nothing here takes away statutory rights.

2. How to ask

Email hi@keyecho.app from your checkout address within 14 days of purchase. Include your receipt or purchase identifier if you have it. No reason is required. Email is the refund route. There is no refund button.

3. After a refund

We cannot remotely revoke your installed key. By requesting a refund, you agree to stop using the refunded packs and delete them from the app. The app and free packs stay free.
