The short version: you are buying sound packs for your own use, and if they are not what you hoped for, ask for your money back within 14 days.

What you are buying
Sound packs are digital goods sold by WaveApp LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA — the company behind KeyEcho. Each purchase is delivered as a license key that unlocks the purchased packs inside the KeyEcho app.
Your license
A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the packs with KeyEcho on the devices you use yourself. Sharing the key, reselling it, redistributing the pack audio, or repackaging it into another product is not allowed.
14-day money-back guarantee
If a pack is not what you expected, email us from the address you bought with, within 14 days of the purchase. No reason needed. Refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method.
Delivery
The license key is shown right after checkout and sent to the email address used at checkout. It works in the app immediately. If the key goes missing, the support page can send it again.
No warranty
KeyEcho and its sound packs are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the app is uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device and operating system version.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes and your local rights
These terms may change as the product changes; the version published on this page is the one that applies. They are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence apply on top of these terms and are not limited by them.
