A KeyEcho sound pack was not right for you? Ask within 14 days of purchase. No reason is required.

Who provides the product
KeyEcho sound packs are provided by WaveApp LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Purchases are processed by Stripe Managed Payments and appear as “Sold through Link, LLC” at checkout.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout within 14 days of purchase. Include enough order detail for us to find the purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
How the money returns
Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe Managed Payments to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank control the time it takes to appear. Applicable taxes and checkout records are handled through the same payment system.
After a refund
Downloaded packs play locally. A refund cannot remotely remove a downloaded pack or automatically disable its license key. By accepting a refund, you agree to stop using the refunded pack and remove your copies from your devices.
Your mandatory rights remain
This voluntary 14-day guarantee does not replace or limit any mandatory refund, withdrawal, conformity, or other consumer right that applies where you live.
