FC Board Black

FC Board Black is heavy, smooth and grown-up: the deep linear press of Cherry MX Black switches in a Leopold FC980M, with no click to get in the way. Each key drops with a weighty, rounded attack and a full, muted bottom-out, and the release returns a soft upstroke that KeyEcho maps separately from the press. The stiffer Black-switch feel comes through as a slower, more deliberate thock — quiet enough for the office, satisfying enough for all-day typing. Sampled from ujonathan's CC0 recording of a Leopold FC980M with Cherry MX Black on Freesound, delivered lossless at 48kHz.
