Slow Key is a laid-back, mellow tap — relaxed attack, softened edges, and an unhurried feel that takes the edge off busy typing. Each press is gentle and rounded rather than sharp, with a soft key-up release that keeps the rhythm calm even at speed. The samples come from Im2Slothy's open-source keyboardsoundmakerthing project, mapped across all 103 keys and kept lossless at 48 kHz. It's a comfortable everyday sound for focus sessions, slow writing, and evenings when you want gentle tactile feedback without anything clacky or bright. An easygoing companion for long, low-key stretches at the keyboard.
